What delivery options do you offer?
We offer two delivery options:
- Standard UK Delivery: Royal Mail 24 Tracked (£1.99). Dispatched same day if ordered before 5 pm Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 1-2 days for delivery.
- Next Day Guaranteed: DPD Next Day Monday - Thursday (FREE on orders over £100, £4.99 under £100). Dispatched same day if ordered before 3 pm Monday to Thursday. UK Mainland Only. DPD not available to Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Do you offer custom branded packaging?
Currently, we do not offer custom branded packaging. We specialise in providing high-quality standard packaging products including paper bags, mailing bags, and cardboard boxes that are ready to use for your business needs. Our focus is on delivering excellent quality, competitive pricing, and fast shipping of our standard product range.
What are your minimum order quantities?
For standard non-branded products, we have no minimum order quantity—you can purchase as few as one box or bag. For wholesale enquiries, please contact our sales team directly.
Are your packaging products environmentally friendly?
We are committed to sustainability and offer a wide range of eco-friendly packaging options. Our paper bags are made from FSC-certified paper, our cardboard boxes use recycled materials, and we offer compostable mailing bags as an alternative to plastic. All our kraft paper products are biodegradable, and we continue to expand our range of sustainable packaging solutions to help reduce environmental impact.
Do you offer samples before placing a large order?
Yes, we understand the importance of checking quality before committing to a large order. We offer sample packs for most of our standard products at a nominal fee to cover shipping costs. Contact our customer service team to request samples of our packaging products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. For business customers, we also offer credit accounts with net-30 payment terms subject to approval. International customers can pay via international bank transfer or credit card. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption for your peace of mind.
How do I know which packaging size is right for my products?
We provide detailed dimensions for all our packaging products on their respective product pages. For paper bags and boxes, we list the width, depth, and height. For mailing bags, we provide the internal dimensions. As a general rule, we recommend choosing packaging that's slightly larger than your product to allow for protective cushioning. If you're unsure about which size would work best for your specific needs, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to advise you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all our deliveries include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Royal Mail 24 orders can be tracked via the Royal Mail website, and DPD Next Day deliveries can be tracked through the DPD tracking portal. If you haven't received your tracking information or have any questions about your delivery, please contact our customer service team.
What if I need to return an item?
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, you'll need to package the items securely and send them back to our warehouse. Please note that custom-sized or bulk orders may be subject to different return policies. We recommend checking the full terms and conditions on our website or contacting us directly for specific return inquiries.
