Royal Mail Delivery
Our commitment to swift delivery means that, in most cases, your order will arrive the 1-2 days after you place it, provided you order between Monday and Thursday before 5 pm. Please note that while this is our general delivery timeframe, rare occasions may arise where orders take a bit longer to reach you.
DPD Delivery
For orders placed before 3 PM from Monday to Thursday, our DPD delivery service aims to have your items delivered on the following business day. It's important to mention that we do not offer DPD delivery on weekends.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive either an email or SMS notification containing tracking information. While we strive for next-day delivery, there are some remote areas where this may not be guaranteed (see below).

We diligently prepare orders for shipping even on Sundays and Bank Holidays. However, please be aware that these orders will be dispatched on the next available business day, as DPD does not collect parcels on bank holidays or Sundays.

I Just Placed an Order, When Will It Ship?
Orders received before 5 pm will be dispatched the same day, from Monday to Friday. This means that you can expect your order to arrive within 48-72 hours from the date of dispatch.
Do You Offer Fast Shipping?
Absolutely! We offer expedited shipping through DPD for Next Day Deliveries. Furthermore, if your order value exceeds £100, it will be dispatched with DPD Next Day for free.
Where Is My Tracking Number?
